Wow...good job on the 60...after doing a 50, I don't think I can do a 60.
I'd die! Getting to 100 seems -- well, beyond imagination. It's still a
goal, but boy!

I did another 28 miles on Sunday, too, sort of a recovery ride. Got 125
miles in last week.

Gas prices are getting really high, too, so I wonder how long it will take
before people figure out they don't need a car to go one mile to the store?

On the sunday ride I saw a "pack" of racer dudes in full plumage. They like
like a horde of bees or something. But since there were all bunched up, the
basically acted like a big truck on the road, so cars had to give them
respect -- unlike they do me by squeezing by if I don't take the lane.

::: can grunt out 50, I think I'll start working on speed now.
::: Shorter, but more frequent rides at higher intensity levels. I'm

Good work. I find a gentle ride the day after a hard one helps alot.
