I think it is important to let people know you dont *HAVE* to have a
headache to show you are in Ketosis, I have not suffered one, but have been
showing purple sticks for some 7 days now, I did have a "manky" mouth, and
maybe an unquenchable thirst (both of which have past)
I was all geared up for headaches after reading tales of fire and thunder !
:-)
But they never came.
I continue now, checking the sticks twice a day, but have no ...and I
mean..no adverse effects.

Classic early detox. It's called "Induction flu" by many.

I tried my test strip...(day 2 now) and it showed trace amounts.


Trace is positive. The one-and-only advantage darker readings have is
darker is easier to see. Welcome to ketosis.
