I am using my own, which I am writing (not finished yet) using Delphi. At
this point in has a database of the values of the foods I commonly eat, and
keeps track of daily calorie and carb intake plus my weight and weight
changes.

I believe most people around here are using Fitday online, which I assume
does everything that you would want.

I was thinking of downloading the fitday software but was wondering
what the difference was between that and the web site one.
Thanks,
Susie

I use paper. My site can build you a PDF of a blank graph (with the
current days and weights already printed) for you to plot each day:
http://www.delorie.com/health/

You want the Print-A-Chart option.

Can u tell me which weight tracker is GOOD to use?

Anything you remember to do each day. I have no problem putting one
dot on a piece of paper each day :-)

Is it FREE to download? or.....

Mine are all free, assuming you consider the cost of paper to be
negligible :-)

I like Weight Commander. You can download it free, use it for five
days, I believe, then you have to buy it. But it's only $10. Well
worth it, if you ask me.

Thanks so much!!

You're very welcome!

Thank you! God bless you too, Elva.

I love the download compared to the online version. Here's why: I don't
measure salad and stuff like that in cups, I like to weigh all my food on my
digital scale and then plug into fitday in grams or ounces. I really prefer
grams and the online version does not give you all the weighing choices that
you may like to choose. For some things on the online version they have
grams and ounces and for others they don't. I like being consistent. The
download you can also tweak your metabolism and stuff like that to better
suit your own body, therefore getting a better idea of your calorie intake
vs burn. Also, the download has much prettier colours and interface!
It was money well spent.

Monica

I use and love www.weightcommander.com. Free to try, and a small payment
($10-15?) on the honor system if you keep it. It offers a clone option, so my
husband can use it too.

LCing since 12/01/03-
Me- 5'7" 265/202/140
