Default Berry Good Breakfast, or Egg Substitute

I have found my new "oatmeal" - that is, quick and easy breakfast.

Mixed fruit frozen berries (or just blueberries or raspberries)
microwaved for about 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes. Blob on some sour
cream and ricotta cheese. Quick, easy, warm, and not a lot of carbs.
I seem to be doing fine on these.

Sounds good -- and easy to make, which is what I want. I'm going to try it.

Thanks,
