WW Motivation vs. The Competition
The obesity epidemic has made "weight loss" programs big business. TV has
become full of weight loss commercials, all of which use unrealistically fit models as the "after" image. WW is different, though. It uses member-to-member encouragement rather than the image of a stereotypical model. Is the WW approach as motivating? Do people struggling to achieve a goal motivate other similar people? |
