Ugh, I truly feel for you -- injuries can be so disheartening when they screw up the
momentum of your health plan. Hang in there and remember that it *will* get better in
time, and the habits you adopt now can get you through. I agree with Dally to make
your food plan very clean and healthy with a minimum of any junky kind of foods --
those can be bad for the mind as well as the body (i.e. foggy mind, sluggy feeling).
I hope you recover soon!

Well, maybe it's the time to switch to musculation Abdo crunches and arms
training should be compatible with a broken foot...

My gym has these arm bike things that people with lower body injuries
or handicaps often use. I tried it once; it can be quite
energy-consuming but I didn't find it very interesting or enjoyable.

How about swimming? Can you manage that with the broken foot?
