Nutritionists out There?
"MJC" wrote in message ink.net... You can't even believe how aware I am of this. I have been walking over 2 miles a day for many months now and am about 25 pounds from goal. This timing sucks. Ugh, I truly feel for you -- injuries can be so disheartening when they screw up the momentum of your health plan. Hang in there and remember that it *will* get better in time, and the habits you adopt now can get you through. I agree with Dally to make your food plan very clean and healthy with a minimum of any junky kind of foods -- those can be bad for the mind as well as the body (i.e. foggy mind, sluggy feeling). I hope you recover soon! Mary |

My gym has these arm bike things that people with lower body injuries or handicaps often use. I tried it once; it can be quite energy-consuming but I didn't find it very interesting or enjoyable. How about swimming? Can you manage that with the broken foot? Chris |
