Default Food & Exercise -- 2/13/2004

My internet connection has been out, so I'm late posting. But here's
yesterday's data:

Food:

8:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

10:30 (home): 3 mint meringue cookies

12:00 (home): 106g Healthy Choice honey ham

2:30 (driving around running errands): energy bar

3:30 (still driving around): banana

7:30 (home): 1 oz. peanuts

8:00 (home): 130g broccoli cole slaw (broccoli in tiny julienned
strips, cabbage, carrots) w/ no-calorie Caesar dressing; 198g grilled
salmon steak

Totals: 1362 calories, 49g fat (33%), 103g carbs (30%), 123g protein
(36%)

1:00 -- Exercise:

30 minutes boxing lesson (included quite a bit of cardio like jumping
rope)

front squats (because Ahmed told me to): 1x5x20kg/44lbs; 1x5x30/66;
1x3x40/88; 2x2x50/110

1 pull-up negative -- I still can't hang at the top, but can hang at
the point where my arms are bent 90 degrees

machine-assisted pullups: 1x1x20 (could only get up to arms at 90
degrees), 1x4x50

bench: 1x10x45; 1x10x65; 1x10x85 (kept it easy -- no spotter -- Tom is
still recovering from his surgery)
