Week 1 WI :)
Lost 2.8 lbs - and I feel better already! I am doing points and not
using but a few of my weekly extra points - pretty much staying at points or 1 or 2 under. I'm not hungry at all - in fact I have to usually force myself to eat all my points. -L. |

Some people find that they lose better when they eat all of their points and some or all weekly points, others not so much. I do lose well with my WAP's when I am exercising regularly. If I get derailed by injury or illness then it's strictly daily points only. -- the volleyballchick |

Hi -L! I'm in my first week, too. I only wish I had to force myself to get

I have been eating around points this week and over a few points (into my weekly points) on a couple of days. My biggest challenge is getting the water in and the milk. I'm excited to see what I weigh next Wed.... -L. |
