I'm baaaack . . .
After being off for a time, I'm back . . . little bit wiser, little
bit heavier. I was about for quite a while some time ago, but found a great excuse (I broke my hand & hit a long lasting plateau about the same time) and left. I started back with Weight Watchers at Work, and am also doing another meeting on Saturdays. So far so good . . . down 20 #, and about to drop below 300 again. Hope it sticks this time. So, howdy again, all. |

David..........good for you that you've rejoined..........it means that you
really and truly want to change your life. KUDOS to you!......I know that losing weight is not an easy thing. I tipped the scales at 359 when I started and I still currently weigh around 290. It's tough, but give yourself some credit!!!.............You've lost 20 lbs so far!!.........try walking around all day carrying 2 bags of potatoes!!!!!!
