Default I'm baaaack . . .

After being off for a time, I'm back . . . little bit wiser, little
bit heavier. I was about for quite a while some time ago, but found a
great excuse (I broke my hand & hit a long lasting plateau about the
same time) and left. I started back with Weight Watchers at Work, and
am also doing another meeting on Saturdays. So far so good . . . down
20 #, and about to drop below 300 again.

Hope it sticks this time.

So, howdy again, all.

really and truly want to change your life. KUDOS to you!......I know that
losing weight is not an easy thing. I tipped the scales at 359 when I

yourself some credit!!!.............You've lost 20 lbs so far!!.........try
walking around all day carrying 2 bags of potatoes!!!!!!

Hope to see more of you......keep posting

Another word of encouragement, Eddie. I have actually weighed more than you
