Default New milestone - what are yours?

I am please to say that I have passed one milestone, and am within one
pound of another.

I have lost 80 pounds so far. I am within one pound of the weight I was
when I met my husband, so I am the weight I was 15 years ago. My next
personal milestone will be 225.

What about you?

April.

It's hard to figure out a personal goal weight when you have been overweight
for so long. You think back and set a goal for a time when you were younger,
but when you achieve that, you want a smaller weight. I want ten pounds
less, having now lost 38. I guess we'll see, LOL!

Congrats!

I am getting close to being in the 130's. I haven't been there since before
I had kids and once I reach 139 lbs I will feel like I am in Normal Weight
Range and that my goal is possible. I still find it hard to believe I am in
the 140's not 150's or 160's or 170's anymore! Seeing 139 on the scale will
be mind-blowing and very exciting for me!

I have slowely lost 92 lbs so i am looking
foward to being able to say I have lost
100! The day the scale said 297lb
instead of 300+ was a good day too!

April,

My milestone is that it is two years since I started my second stint of much
smarter, long-term low carbing and that I've managed to maintain my weight
loss at its lowest level. I was 141 lbs this morning, with my liver full of
glycogen (which would be about 138 lbs were I to flush out the glycogen by
dropping my carb intake below 45 gm.)

Maintaining, for me, at least, is much more challenging than losing.

I don't expect to hit a new milestone till after the new year. I'm
floating around 80 lbs down (270, 269 today). 90 pounds down, or
clearing 260 would be my next lil' one. I'm also fighting cravings
much more often now, so I need to refocus on better habits again. With
the holidays in sight that may not mean a lot of weight loss in the
next 45 days, but maintaining has not been a issue yet.
