Weigh monthly .... I dont think so
m0rk wrote: Oh well ... I was going to weigh in monthly but after 1 week of doing the right things I couldnt help myself so I guess its going to be weekly. 4 pound lost. Im generally eating healthier choices, smaller portions and adding some exercise in. This week I went for a couple walks and this morning found myself at the gym at 7am before work and even enjoyed it! Congratulations on a successful first week! Many in the group choose to weigh at different times - daily, weekly, monthly. It's really a personal choice. I find that weighing once or twice a week usually works for me. I try never to weigh on Monday mornings as I normally eat more on weekends and cut back during the week. Beverly |
