Back from St. Louis - lost 6.2 lb during my 3 week trip - andpassed the 80 lb loss milestone!

It is now part of his life. When I am on vacation I always lose focus and forget what I've worked hard for. It's not all the time but enough so I have to then work hard again. Audrey |
