Well, I was a little disappointed because I stayed the same. However,
the leader said most everyone was disappointed with their WI today.
It has been in the 90's here for the past 3 days so she thinks we are
all retaining water. I have been drinking tons but also felt like I
was getting rid of it since I go to the bathroom quite a few times a
day (and night).

heat can affect your rate of loss, and if you have been losing pretty good
otherwise, your body might just need a rest to regroup. Think of it this
way, you didn't gain, and that is always a good thing, Lee
