Default Week 196

I actually lost .4 and that is good, I got all my good fat in, but I also
traveled, got overwhelmed because I screwed up counting my wpas... Then when
we got home from our trip, which was fun and I walked a bunch... the
neighbors tree had helped itself to our power lines... so we undertook the
cleaning of the freezer... it is now clean and empty...its odd how things
work ... we have been trying to get to the grocery store to do a stock up
for over 3 weeks, do you know how grateful that I didn't get there, and how
grateful I was able to salvage every bit of the food we did have in there...
and how grateful I am DH did the big freezer and that I could make the
decision to assist DH with eating the Sheppard's pie and not feel guilty,
everyone have a super week, you are all super people, Lee

I felt triple blessed, we saved the food in the freezer, the cats suffered
no ill effects, and the wires pulled from the pole rather than the house,
all in all very blessed I am indeed, and that .4 didn't suck at all, Lee
