Default Had a good week - WI - down 2.2

Hi all,

I ate healthy everyday and got back to the gym 3 times this week. Feeling
great again with renewed determination. Today's WI = down 2.2 lbs......I'm
officially updating my stats again!

One thing - A special thanks to all of you out there for your support. our
leader told us an interesting story that I'd like to share with all of you.

There was a huge brass bell that fell into the ocean near China. It was so
heavy that no machinery could lift it. They got all of their best engineers
involved to try and figure out a way to lift this bell and finally one guy
came up with an ingenious suggestion.....

He suggested that they send divers down with pieces of bamboo. Because
bamboo is very buoyant, he figured they could fill the bell with these
hundreds of sticks of bamboo and eventually, the buoyancy from all of the
sticks combined, would lift the bell out of the water!!! Well it worked! YA!

The analogy of this is that, I am the bell.........and all of you out there
(including the people at my meeting) are all handing me bamboo sticks when
they give me support!!!.......SO kudos to all of you out there for helping
me!

I truly, sincerely appreciate the support...............very much!
