Recently got a new BBQ with one of those rear rotisseries. Little bit more
money, but well worth the cost for roasting, particularly poultry which
tends to flare up so easily. Did a couple of chickens on the spit and they
were the best I've ever had. Looking forward to doing a turkey shortly.

i noticed that we have WHOLE turkeys (10lb average) for sale in our
grocery store....................cleaning out their freezers
