Doing far better this week. Haven't gone over points at all, and I've
been extremely careful with what I eat. We will be away this weekend
at a christening so things might be tricky. This week is too important
to mess up on so I'll be really careful what I eat. I'll take stuff
with me to make sure I can get through without binging on snacks and
junk food.
After that (tuesday) I have a training course, so again I'm going to
have to be careful, and take things with me.
I won't be posting my weight till I get back and maybe not till the
week after, but I'm not slacking I'm just doing what has to be done to
get back under 200.

Good luck Ray, you have broken the 200 barrier now comes the staying
below it. Planning ahead is a great strategie, can you take your own
snacks on the trainiing course, It may help you stay away from
temptations.

Soooo glad to hear you're doing better this week getting/keeping
things under control. Planning for trips away, even bringing your own
food, is an excellent way to manage your program. On a previous
adventure with WW, some friends (who were also WW) and I went together
on a church retreat. I brought my own food, not relying on the retreat
center to provide enough low-fat high-fiber options. My friends didn't
bring food, and told me I was being silly for doing so. Ha! On the 2nd
day of the retreat, they were asking if I'd brought enough extra salad
fixings to share with them. Your post reminded me that sometimes these
kinds of measures are absolutely necessary. Good luck over the next
couple of weeks.

Ray you're making good choices and planning, which is exactly what you
should be doing. I look forward to reading the results.

I thought I'd do a Weigh In gefore I go away for the w/e.
Back to 199 a day early so thats good news. Now to keep that going for
another week or two till I get a 'clothing allowance' between me and
200.

Thanks for all the support. You are the best.

Congrats Ray! That see-sawing isn't fun and can be very frustrating. I'll bet
you'll get that allowance under 200 very soon. Hang in there.
