Goodness knows!

From: http://www.ivu.org/faq/ingredients.html

Here is the definition of Natural Flavors according to Title 21, Section
101, part 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations - "The term natural
flavor or natural flavoring means the essential oil, oleoresin, essence
or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of
roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring
constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or
vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar
plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or
fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is
flavoring rather than nutritional."

Could be anything, but if you figure it's a glutamate
other than MSG there's some chance you'll be right.

Some products have secret recipes and they are just
assorted herbs, others it's any stuff they don't want
to name on the label.

I hate that Japanese guy who isolated glutamate and literally opened a
door for others to abuse, How about you guys?
