Found an answer
Hey everybody,
This is my first time on the site but I just had to let everybody in on this. This is a good site for those of you, like me, who want to lose weight without having to count points, give up your favorite foods or exercise until you just want to give up. It's www.naturecares.com There are recipes for the products and everything is totally natural. Check it out, I did and I've already lost 7 pounds in just over a week.
