Or you could just use the trip odometer on your car to check the
distance and use a wris****ch to note the running time. Your calories
burned will depend on a lot of factors including your present weight.
I think everyone would be satisfied to just estimate these figures.
You can get good estimates for different activities like running,
hiking, biking and skating on at different speeds on several websites
already.....without "registering" whatever the heck that really means.
