No, it's low carb. Protein and/or fat will of course be higher
IF calories are kept the same, but neither has to be.

No, it's low carb. Protein and/or fat will of course be higher
IF calories are kept the same, but neither has to be.

Sorry, but that is incorrect.

If it is done any other way than the high-fat/moderate-protein/low-carb
descibed by Dr. Atkins, then it is not Atkins. Atkins is not a high-protein
diet as Piscilla pointed out.
