FRUIT -- How much do you eat for your WOE?
I forgot apple stuff, in my previous answer. I like apple and cheddar
omelets on occasion. I use about half of a tennis ball-sized apple. I also sometimes have some unsweetened applesauce, to which I add a little Splenda, with pork chips. -- jamie ) "There's a seeker born every minute." |

How | much weight have you lost? Somebody shoot me... Please! I sounded like JC! Yeah, you did. And I've been on maintenance for years. Half a cup of cantaloupe pieces is about 7g carb. Half a small apple is about 9g carb. Half of a small pink grapefruit is about 10g carb. A quarter cup of unsweetened applesauce is about 7g carb. 168/125/125 7 years: LC since 2/18/97 maintaining since 3/17/99 -- jamie ) "There's a seeker born every minute." |
