The dining halls offer pepperoni pizza - is it alright to peel off the layer of
cheese and pepperoni, and eat that, on Induction? Or since a little tomato
sauce gets on, is it not permitted? Or, since it bakes on the crust, do the
carbs absorb into the cheese / pepperoni?

I'd definitely avoid that, at least on Induction. Others may have different
advice.

You can't tell us that the dining hall doesn't offer meat and vegetables.
Butch up and eat what you're suppose to; quit looking for excuses to cheat
already with pizza and KFC. Or forget it and wait until you're home for
summer break to get started.

The induction phase is all about breaking old eating habits.

I have broken old habits. I've stopped eating Ramen noodles, Goodfella's pizza
(which, if you ever have had Goodfella's, you know how tough that is), peaches,
strawberries, slush puppies, and on Friday nights, I've given up Smirnoff Ice
and Liquid Dope, not to mention games of beirut and flipcup.

Asking if I can eat cooked cheese and pepperoni isn't asking much.

I don't see why not.

Okay, I gotta know -- what's Liquid Dope?

Off topic, but my wife was a student manager at the big dining hall on
campus. How is old Athens doing? We haven't been up that way in about 2
years now.
