Default Non Salt Diet?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone here have tried "non salt" diet for weight loss
program. I have tried this a few years ago and it worked. I lost 3 Kgs in 4
days. This diet program was originally from German if I'm not wrong. However
I lost the menu/recipe. I only remember the first two days menu. I am
trying to help my friend who asked for it but I just couldn't find it
anywhere. So, I am trying to find out if anyone here happens to have the
menu or done something similar?

The menu include spinach, tomato and one egg for lunch. Dinner includes beef
steak cooked in vegetable oil (you can add pepper to it) and one apple.
Breakfast you can only have one cup of tea with one teaspoon of sugar. But
that is only for the first two days. You can have one slice of toasted bread
and choice of tea or coffee on the third day. But I completely forgot the
lunch/dinner menu on the third, fourth....all the way to the fourteenth day.
You can lose up to 7 Kgs permanently in 14 days following the menu. However,
you'll feel weak during the diet because you completely cut salt/sodium in
your diet, so it is recommended that you don't force yourself to do heavy
exercises. You can get back into doing your regular exercise after you get
back to your regular diet.

So if you have done something similar or done this before, perhaps you could
kindly share the menu?

Thank you in advance. :-)
