Default New to WW --- Questions

Hi....I need to lose about 40 pounds. I'm a male -- and recognize that I need
some structure. Would really like to hear from people who have tried Weight
Watchers Online......what do you think about it? I lost a slew of weight many
years ago on WW, in the traditional meeting format. Thinking about the online
program because it seems to cater to my time....but want to hear from others
who may have tried it.

Welcome! You 've come to the right group. Just have a look at my sigline and
you 'll see WW works.
I 'm sure some of the men here will chime in with their experiences too.

Not male, but I do use WW Online and this newsgroup instead of going to
meetings. I've found this to be the ideal combination for me. The
online points tracker is convenient, fast, and easy. The database of
foods is vast.
