Default New and starting WW at home today (lots to lose)

Hi, I am new to this site and have started WW at home today, I am
looking forward to reading and posting, I have a holiday In September
and want to be a few dress sizes smaller by then, I am going to be
exersicing too, I will be doing this alone which is why I wanted to
join a group like this as I will not feel I have no-one to share the
experience with.
I have yo-yo dieted for the last 20 years and enough is enough!!

Hi Dawn,

Welcome to the group.
How much do you have to lose?
Have you considered joining a WW group near your area?
Congrats to you for deciding to get healthy!
Be proud of what you are doing.
Feel good about what you are doing.

Well I have just over 5 stones to lose and do not want to join a group
on my own I did it before and ended up not going as I felt alone even
in a room full of people, anyhow, I know I can do it I just needed
somewhere , if you know what I mean.

I shall be swimming this weekend, walking tonight and I have planned my
meals for the next few days and away I go!!!!
thanks for the reply Eddie , you have done amazingly well !!!

Welcome, Dawn. You will find a lot of support here but there is also so
much support at meetings. You may be suprised that things have changed
since the last time you attended one. Also check out
www.weigh****chers.com; there are several message boards.

Hi Dawn,

And welcome! This is a pretty neat group I have learned. We may have come
in on different ships. But we're all in the same boat now. I believe
that's one way we can learn...from each other *s*.
