Default Maintaining - good, weightloss - zero!

Hello, fellow losers!
Got back from England without putting on weight, must have walked damn near
200 miles while there, though. Can't seem to shed the last 10 pounds that I
want to lose. Amazingly, 6 came off almost easily and for the last 6 weeks
the weight has remained the same. Is this a plateau?
Good luck to all this week, hopefully next WI will be a loss!
Julie

Well, 6 weeks might be called a plateau. That last 10 is Hard though.

Hi Julie. Congratulations on maintaining while on holidays - that's really
superb!! Sure sounds like you're plateauing to me.

If that was vacation and you Maintained - excellent. In any event,
good job at staying the same and it does sound like a plateau. What
about measurements?

Loved England, I'm from there originally, moved to Canada in 1976, but
hadn't been back across the pond in 13 years. Where are you?
