Food & Exercise -- 10/14/2003
Food:
7:45 (driving to work): energy bar 12:00 (office cafeteria): chicken Caesar salad (~2 oz. chicken, greens, ~1/2 oz shredded cheese, croutons, lowfat dressing) 3:00 (work): f/f peach yogurt 7:30 (home): 280g grilled shrimp; 160g sauteed green beans 10:30 (home): 1 cup fresh pineapple; 1 cup f/f cottage cheese Totals: 1073 calories, 17g fat (15%), 98g carbs (36%), 131g protein (49%) -- Very low for the day. But I've eaten a lot the last couple of days -- wine tasting both evenings -- and didn't start out today very hungry. 4:00 Exercise: Shoulder warmups Power cleans: 2x5x20kg/44lbs (plus a couple of sets of front squats to warm up knees); 3x3x30/66 Classic cleans: 5x3x30/66 Lots of snatch form practice with the broomstick -- classic & power Various shoulder stretches -- Tom taught me some new things to do. Cardio: 20 minutes on treadmill -- 8 * (2 minute easy jog, 30 seconds fast sprint) -- sprints .1 mph higher than last week Chris 262/177/??? |
