Recommend BMI scale
I am thinking of getting a BMI scale but there are so many choices out
there. Can anybody recommend a good brand? I leave the determination of "good" to your value system. SweetVenom Bob To write to me, delete OneTwoThree |

Recommend BMI scale
Beverly,
I have had a Tanita for a few months and threw out the literature. In the evenings, I am like 22 percent body fat and in the mornings I am closer to 25. I know hydration makes a difference but in what way? Does it give an artificial high or low number? j "Beverly" wrote in message ... "SweetVenom Bob" wrote in message ... My guess would be if you're properly hydrated you'll get a more accurate reading. That said, I always measure mine in the morning when I weigh. At least it's consistent and I can measure the progress. Beverly "Beverly" wrote in message ... "SweetVenom Bob" wrote in message ... Recommend BMI scale
I've come across some scales on Amazon.com that also measure hydration, in
addition to body fat and weight. How reliable they are i do not know. "julianne" wrote: Beverly, I have had a Tanita for a few months and threw out the literature.
