Default PDA/Software for carb and calorie counting?

Has anyone used a PDA and associated software to track their carbs
and/or calories. I've heard that there are products that contain data
bases of carb/calorie counts and will log what you've eaten and
calculate running totals etc.

Thanks in advance for any information/experience you can share.
