I got an update letter from them. Sadly, I had to report that I was more
than 5 pounds above the weight I was 1 year ago. However, if they correlate
to my original records, they should see that I am well below my pre-diet
peak of 320 pounds.

This was the 2nd year anniversary check-up questionnaire.

Well, good on ya then!

How many people can say they did as well as you did? (Not me, but maybe
soon).

Pre diet peak of 320? Dang, that's some good weight loss. Do you have
any pictures?

You know, at one time I tried to sign up for the NWCR, but I had no
pictures of myself when I was my biggest. I ran from the camera then (and
still do).

Yup. I have several "Before" pictures. Even my driver's license was from my
huge days.

Below is a link to my best "Before" picture. I'm at a restaurant with
friends, with a fruit drink the size of my head. Back then, I would order a
dinner called "The Whole Island" at this Jamaican restaurant.

Thanks for posting, Cubit. Really amazing change.

OK, I had to laugh at "The Whole Island."

So you are now a real "Survivor" even though you are off the
island :-)

Do you need before and after pictures to join the National Weight
Control Registry?
