Default Triglycerides Drop on LC

Early August 2007, I had blood work done, and my triglycerides were at 203.
Other numbers were equally as bad. I started LCing right away, and in 6 weeks my
triglycerides dropped to 153.

My blood work this week now has my triglycerides at 96.

Other readings:

Overall Cholesterol down 7.6%
HDL Cholesterol up 15%
LDL Cholesterol down 3%
Cholesterol Ratio (Total/HDL) 4.6 down from 6.1
Glucose level down 11%

I'm happy with the results so far, and so is my doctor.

Good to hear it's working for you. Those results are typical.
Triglycerides drop dramatically, HDL usually goes up significantly,
LDL often stays about the same.
