Triglycerides Drop on LC
Early August 2007, I had blood work done, and my triglycerides were at 203.
Other numbers were equally as bad. I started LCing right away, and in 6 weeks my triglycerides dropped to 153. My blood work this week now has my triglycerides at 96. Other readings: Overall Cholesterol down 7.6% HDL Cholesterol up 15% LDL Cholesterol down 3% Cholesterol Ratio (Total/HDL) 4.6 down from 6.1 Glucose level down 11% I'm happy with the results so far, and so is my doctor. Mark 280/228/200 Good to hear it's working for you. Those results are typical. Triglycerides drop dramatically, HDL usually goes up significantly, LDL often stays about the same.
