I just wish you had not mentioned a "chunk of chocolate cake" in the
otherwise inspirational support message (G)

STAY OUT OF THAT FREEZER!!! We know you hide it in there!

I think it will be a while till I see 160 again, nevermind official
goal weight which will not be achieved tomorrow, I'm pretty sure.

But you will see it again! Now get to work :-)

You do make it sound easy to just get back onboard. I am doing better
and hovering a bit lower but not close enough to goal.

Doing better is good and hovering lower is good too. Keep it up and you
will see that goal weight again soon.

I am not sure that I can even calculate last week's activity points.
But I'm not sure that they even made a dent.

But just think if you didn't have the activity points.....

Good luck getting the official weight to match YOUR goal. My scale is
closer than that - hmm or is it? Official requires more clothes! (g)

On a whole other front, my cute little lovely wonderful scale said 157.5
this morning, but quickly changed it's little digital mind to 158 and
stuck
there. Huh. I think I am back.......
Of course this translates to an "official" 161 or so, but things are

going
well. HONESTLY, changing back to eating less only hurts the first week!
Keep
that in mind, and count 7 days, then have a day off, go 6, another day
off.
I have been journaling and eating most of my flex points on Sat. and

Sun.
then sticking right to 26 plus activity the rest of the week. It is
working
better than anything yet. I had a lovely chunk of chocolate cake on

Sunday
(7 points).

this is how I do my points. Try and not use them until Wed. This works
on
several fronts.
1 I think it confuses the metabolism.
-2 I can put off eating something right now for later.
3 By the time Wed comes there are too many things I would rather have but
not enough points so choices have been, Lee

I've been doing the Wendie plan for about two months now. I needed to try
something, because I tended to hoard my flex points and then not use them.
that plan has worked out pretty well for me. I don't suffer too much on my
20 point days, and my 30 point day is lovely.

Uh, that's suppose to be vertical not vertigo. But I guess you
flatlanders would be affected that way. Also for you heat-seekers -
what goes up must come down in temperature up there. Cooler air.
Actually, had to walk over a tiny patch of snow and pass by two or
three others. I saw a bumper sticker that tells it all and is
somewhat texas related "More trees, Less Bush"

And Yeah, I see some slight chubbing up. Still good looking, but you

are
getting a little chunky.

Oh, THANKS. I thought I did a good job of editing (G)

Amazing how little it takes on a person our height. Hmmm. Your knees

are
still fine . I wonder how many activity points we get for kicking

butt.

You get no points for committing mayhem on my body. If only my knees
worked as fine as they look. True, our height is a detriment to
eating!!!!
