FINALLY!!
My top "weight range" is 150 lbs.
I been at or around 145 for ever it seems. I'll go down to 143, then back up.. up to 147 and back down... This morning 141.6. I'm motivated, I'm tracking, I'm doing good. I will KEEP going down. I want to get below 135 and STAY THERE. dammit! Happy and/or determined! so there! Will~ |
