I always try to look on the positive side - it helps when things are not
going so good!

Fred, your cooler weather must be heading Idaho way. The weatherman is
saying it's going to start cooling down. It's been up in the 80's, close to
90 the past week or so. Ridiculous for this time of the year!

My DH says I'm always cold - doesn't seem to matter what I weigh! However,
I hate hot weather too. If the temp stayed between 65 and 80 all the time,
I'd be happy!

I am definitely running cooler with my weighloss.

And in Seattle, we are having the exact same weather. I got above the
fog yesterday by going into the mountains. We were near 70F at 5,800
feet while seattle's high was only 54F

We are having lots of fog here first thing in the morning. The cooler
weather is on it's way. The five day forecast is calling for two cloudy
days, then rain! I didn't really mean tights as in leotards or the like,
but those nylon/lycra legging type things. I wear them around the house
sometimes (if I'm not too cold). I find since losing some weight I am

cold
much of the time. Does anyone else find this happening?

Well, generally, I guess, you do get our "used" weather over there.
Other than when you get a cold air mass that was used in Canada first

I'm a 65-70 type of person. Went bicycle riding today and needed my
wind vest - it was chilly out there.
