Default Points - Costco Breakfast Cookie?????

Maybe I should not have succumbed without knowing more but we were on
a 30 mile bike ride and a friend offered me one so I ate it. That is
what she called it but I might be another brand that Costco sells as a
breakfast cookie or some such. It was pretty sweet and it had nuts
and seeds so maybe partially reasonable - she is a health nut to some
extent.

Nutritional Info and points, anyone?

I don't have a clue, but there is a product called as Baker's
Breakfast Cookies--advertised in WW magazine--at
http://www.bbcookies.com/. The nutrtional info is available for each
of the 13 varieties. Maybe you ate one of these?

Yikes - I hope those are not them - 6 points for the fruit/nut one.

These were in plain cellophane and probably came bulk packaged. I
will catch her when she's home. But I think you've at least come
close to what I had (sigh) Actually, I did think about it but decided
I needed the food to get home!!!! (G)

Well, I can't help you with the muffin - have no idea as to the nutritional info
or if it is a Costco item. But since I lost a post of yours from a few days ago,
mentioning the Costo brownie bites - thought I would let you know that they were
giving samples of them out today. And they are absolutely delicious!!! I also
think I saw the cake you were talking about, and yes, it looks heavenly! I
avoided it though, it did not come home with me ... today.

Default Points - Costco Breakfast Cookie?????

I used to eat the bakers breakfast cookies quite a lot until I formulated my
own recipe for a similar cookie, and yeah, 5 to 6 points, but a nutrient
bomb, and very very filling. If it was very dense, and about 3 " diameter X
1/2" thick you gotta have at least 5 points. Never bothered my weight loss
efforts a bit though. For me the "empty" points were more of a problem.

It was about that size in diameter but thinner. I have to remember to
ask for the info that is presumeably on the box.

Yes, empty points are a problem.
