I went for 170. BUT he would not sign off on it until he checked a
BMI website. That is why I am reluctant to use the letter. It
provides PERMISSION which I may not want. I do not want a trend, even
a slow one.

But what is reality? I know that I kept it off for almost two years.
So it is not impossible. Was I in need of more food on the Europe
hike? I think the answer is yes. Is this a reaction to "starvation?"
I don't know. Is this a more comfortable weight or will I just slowly
creep up? I don't know.

I do think that I should eat a few fewer sushi meals and save up for a
full scoping of BMI/basal/fat%.

I'm sure you can appreciate where I am with the WI costing money????
It is not the cost - it is the ADMISSION.

We love him, right. If he begins to slip we will ALL get together, take a
little trip to WA and kick his still somewhat narrow butt...

Now you are making me want to move to Washington even more than I did after
my vacation up there this spring. Who knows, once my daughter graduates
from high school next spring, we may be making the trek north to move to the
Evergreen State of Washington. Since she is very interested in attending
Evergreen State College in Olympia. She does not want to be too far away
from mom and if mom lives in the Seattle area, she will be far enough away,
but not too far to come and visit or have dinner together some time.

Oh Man that is disgusting (those pictures of ground that goes up and down
and has trees and things on it.

And Yeah, I see some slight chubbing up. Still good looking, but you are
getting a little chunky.

Amazing how little it takes on a person our height. Hmmm. Your knees are
still fine . I wonder how many activity points we get for kicking butt.

I cannot put on the bandwidth the bumper sticker that I have the
Chimperor.
On a whole other front, my cute little lovely wonderful scale said 157.5
this morning, but quickly changed it's little digital mind to 158 and stuck
there. Huh. I think I am back.......
Of course this translates to an "official" 161 or so, but things are going
well. HONESTLY, changing back to eating less only hurts the first week! Keep
that in mind, and count 7 days, then have a day off, go 6, another day off.
I have been journaling and eating most of my flex points on Sat. and Sun.
then sticking right to 26 plus activity the rest of the week. It is working
better than anything yet. I had a lovely chunk of chocolate cake on Sunday
(7 points).

Uh, that's suppose to be vertical not vertigo. But I guess you
flatlanders would be affected that way. Also for you heat-seekers -
what goes up must come down in temperature up there. Cooler air.
Actually, had to walk over a tiny patch of snow and pass by two or
three others. I saw a bumper sticker that tells it all and is
somewhat texas related "More trees, Less Bush"

And Yeah, I see some slight chubbing up. Still good looking, but you are

Oh, THANKS. I thought I did a good job of editing (G)

You get no points for committing mayhem on my body. If only my knees
worked as fine as they look. True, our height is a detriment to
eating!!!!

Doesn't look like kicking material to me right now, but if you keep up
as you have been we'll need to kick it!

Oh, by the way....nice knees :-)

The photos taken in Washington State are very nice. They closely
resemble some areas here - guess they would as we're really not
that great a distance from each other.

I just wish you had not mentioned a "chunk of chocolate cake" in the
otherwise inspirational support message (G)

STAY OUT OF THAT FREEZER!!! We know you hide it in there!

I think it will be a while till I see 160 again, nevermind official
goal weight which will not be achieved tomorrow, I'm pretty sure.

But you will see it again! Now get to work :-)

You do make it sound easy to just get back onboard. I am doing better
and hovering a bit lower but not close enough to goal.

Doing better is good and hovering lower is good too. Keep it up and you
will see that goal weight again soon.

I am not sure that I can even calculate last week's activity points.
But I'm not sure that they even made a dent.

But just think if you didn't have the activity points.....

Good luck getting the official weight to match YOUR goal. My scale is
closer than that - hmm or is it? Official requires more clothes! (g)

Did you have a big thunderstorm there this afternoon? My grandma was
watching the news and mentioned that Seattle got a good storm and it was
coming our way. By dinner time we had thunder, no lightning that we could
see and LOTS of rain. I won't have to water the yard for a week after this
one!

It'll grow like mad and I'll get lots of activity points mowing it when it
finally dries out.

Nothing is sacred. I bet this is part of my credit history which was
stolen last week. (G)

You're right! When you're a part of this group, nothing is sacred, not the
knees, not the chocolate cake, not the hairs on your chest, etc......

I think it will be a while till I see 160 again, nevermind official
goal weight which will not be achieved tomorrow, I'm pretty sure.

But you will see it again! Now get to work :-)

I would settle for 164 EVEN!!!!

My bet is with a little determination you will be seeing 164 soon and 160
not long thereafter.

You do make it sound easy to just get back onboard. I am doing better
and hovering a bit lower but not close enough to goal.

Trying.........

I am not sure that I can even calculate last week's activity points.
But I'm not sure that they even made a dent.

But just think if you didn't have the activity points.....

That actually is scary. Being physically active allows me to indulge
some. Without it I would go NUTS (or more so)

On the average, how many activity points would you amass in say a day of
hiking, cross country skiing or biking? My guess is LOTS. You seem to be
very active.

Good luck getting the official weight to match YOUR goal. My scale is
closer than that - hmm or is it? Official requires more clothes! (g)
