The scale has froze 8 lbs from goal...I'm not concerned as I have remained
on target with few deviations...I'm glad that I can have a meal or event
occur where I do over indulge without worry because the next day I continue
on course...But I continue to see and be told that I appear to be getting
thinner...For those of you at goal do you notice this as well?...I guess the
body begins to readjust it's proportions in some way...I don't really have
any idea but it sounds good...Anyway I hope everyone is enjoying their
journeys...GG

A friend complimented me yesterday although I am still over goal. I was
wearing jeans and a fitted tee shirt and I think the fit of the clothes
made me look slimmer.

I seem to go through periods where I don't lose pounds but the weight shifts
and the inches move, Lee

I think that when you first get your weight down, the skin sags a little,
and you look a little weak-ish...

After a while down (whether you're at goal or not) your skin gets back into
shape, and you start looking better..

Non-Scales Victory!

Choosing a fabric treat rather than a food treat, a loss of inches
rather than weight, getting into smaller jeans... Whatever little
triumph that doesn't show on the scales.

Or walking in front of the sushi bar TWICE and not stopping for "just a few
bites".
