Food & Exercise -- 6/14/2007
Somewhat atypical schedule for a Thursday. Didn't run in the morning,
as it rained all morning, but ran in the late afternoon instead. Worked this afternoon at the conservancy again -- second day this week, as we're busy getting out our quarterly newsletter. Food: * 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 11:15 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup * 4:15 (driving home from conservancy): apple * 4:45 (home): a couple of mixed nuts -- maybe 1/4 oz. * 5:45 (home): energy bar * 7:30 (home): crab salad sandwich (whole wheat bun, ~2.5 oz. crabmeat w/ f/f mayo); 1 glass wine Exercise: * 5:00: 3 mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
