Default Twice the Man Blog

Hey guys, its been awhile since I last posted here but wanted to give
an update of my weight loss progress using exercise & diet - no surgery
or pills. In August 2005 I was up to 431 pounds - as of Friday I am
now under 347. I have been blogging my progress daily at:
