Default Looking for a great LC Bread Machine Recipe

Ok, I figure rather than complaining about the lack of LC alternative
products available in Australia, Im going to take the ultimate plunge and
attempt to make my own!
Can anyone recommend a tasty LC bread recipe that can be made in a bread
machine? There are countless recipes all over the internet, but Im wary
having heard that many taste revolting. I'd love to hear your advice!
Cheers, C

If you go to Google Groups and search for "Whole Spelt Bread" on this
newsgroup, you will find two versions that I like. This week I
substituted oat flour for the spelt and I think it was even better.

This isn't mine, it was recently posted by someone else. But it is
good, good, good--the closed to "real" white bread I have ever made:

1/2 C water--warmed
1/2 C cream
1 T oil
1 large egg
1 t salt
1 C vital wheat gluten flour
1 C oat flour
2 t yeast
1 t sugar (to feed the yeast)

Make sure your yeast and egg are at room temperature before starting.
Add ingrediants to your machine in the order given. Use the dough
setting and take out and let rise in a normal bread pan for about 1
hour. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

60 carbs and 196 protein per loaf. 15 slices so 4 carbs per slice.

P.S. If you don't have oat flour, you can grind rolled oats in your
food processor and use instead--works great.
