Default vegetables... how do you dress them up?

wrote in message
oups.com...
A few months ago, I started adding fresh ginger to my
stir-fried veges.
The flavour is amazing!

I can prepare a vege dish in about 15 minutes (with
pre-cut veges). I
use carrots, broccoli, french beans, mushrooms, and
almost anything
else I have in my fridge,

I add some olive oil to the pan, get it sizzling hot.
Throw in sliced
onions, ginger salt and pepper, and stir fry. Add the
veges, and few
mins later, it's all done! Try it, easy to do and
flavourful, and you
can't get bored cause you can use different veges each
time.....

Thanks - what a great idea. I've occasionally used fresh
ginger in stir fries, but never thought of using fresh
ginger as the main flavoring instead of a stir fry sauce.
I'm going to try this soon.

Hi
I just jump in to this topic.
I am Japanese and using fresh ginger in stir fries very often.
You can also use ginger + soy sauce or ginger+ garlic also very nice.
Both are my favorite.

You can also marinate some meat such as pork with ginger + soy sauce is
nice!

Enjoy it!
