Food & Exercise -- 8/29/2004
Today we drove home from Pittsburgh, stopping at the gym before coming
back home to do our long cardio day :-). Food: 8:30 (motel room -- had them with us): 1/2 oz. mixed nuts 9:45 (DH's sister's home): 1/2 large muffin (more like 1 regular muffin) {They invited all the family over for breakfast but they only had donuts and muffins, so we left early in order to get something else before driving home.} 10:15 (McDonald's}: Egg McMuffin {Not what we wanted, but the other places that were open had lines out the door and we wanted to get on the road.} 12:30 (driving): 1 oz. almonds 2:30 (driving): energy bar 5:30 (Fuddruckers -- hamburger restaurant): 1/2 turkey burger (about 2.5 oz. meat, 1/2 large bun, grilled mushrooms, pickle slices, catsup) {Wasn't that hungry -- brought the other half home.} 10:00 (home): 1 1/2 cups f/f Greek yogurt w/ 30g All Bran & some Equal & sugar-free Amaretto syrup Totals: 1238 calories, 54g fat (39%), 128g carbs (41%), 78g protein (25%) 3:30 -- Exercise: Cardio program week 14, Long Day: 60 minutes treadmill run -- 12 x (1.5 minutes at 4.9, 2.5 minutes at 4.8, 1 minute at 4.7) Chris 262/141/ (145-150) |
