Default School approaching....

How can I stay "on the wagon?" Any advice? I've worked so hard this
summer. Last year was all about going out with friends for pitchers of beer
and 10 cent wings EVERY THURSDAY night. I so don't want to succumb to that
this year.
I will be working 2 part-time jobs and have two volunteer (necessary to
graduate) gigs while attending full time classes. To top it all off this is
my graduating year. I'm feeling a little anxious already about what's going
to happen. Eating frozen meals, fast food, etc... Not being able to get out
to the gym (how I wish my gym was 24 hrs!!!).

I know many of you aren't in my age-group, but I'm sure you all can relate!

I can completely relate though I haven't been in that age group for some
time now. Prior to my weight loss, I used to go out every friday after work
for beers and appetizers. Eventually it got to where I had to shift things
around to fit everything I needed to do into my schedule as exercise became
a priority. Due to classes and meetings and leagues, Friday after work
became the one weekday I could have a decent workout and then dinner with DH
because it is the one time I will definitely get out of work on time - and
the gym is empty so there is no wait for any equipment.

The best thing to do is make a plan and know that life will interfere with
your plan Good luck!
