Food:

6:15 (driving to gym): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake

8:15 (office cafeteria): 2 fried eggs; 1 slice rye toast w/ butter

12:00 (work -- brought from home): leftover half of my bratwurst
sandwich: 1 1/2 slices rye bread, 1 bratwurst, 1/4 cup red cabbage, 1
oz. fried onion, 1/2 oz. Swiss cheese

3:00 (work -- brought from home): apple

5:30 (driving home): apple

7:30 (home): 2 1/2 chicken w/ sundried tomato sausages; 90g sauteed
green beans; 50g sauteed mushrooms

9:00 (home): 1 slice f/f cheese

Totals: 1496 calories, 64g fat (39%), 132g carbs (35%), 99g protein
(27%) {Lots of sausage today :-) .}


Exercise:

7:00 a.m. -- Bench, arms:

Bench: 1x10x45; 1x10x65; 1x5x65 fast; 1x3x85; 1x1x105; 1x1x115;
1x1x125; 3x1x135; 1x5x95; 1x5x85

Seated machine shoulder press: 1x5x50; 1x5s70

Standing DB lateral raises: 1x10x10s

Standing DB overhead triceps extension, 1 arm at a time: 1x10x12.5s

Lying triceps extension w/ DBs, both arms together, immediately
followed by standing biceps curls -- all w/ 15 lb. DBs: 7 triceps
extensions, 10 curls; 7 triceps extensions, 15 curls

Cable triceps pressdowns: 1x10x4 plates, 1x10x3 plates

Standing curls w/ short bar: 1x6x40, immediately followed by 1x6x30

12:30 -- 3 mile brisk walk
