Default anyone else have soy problems?

I have a reaction to soy... a slightly toxified feeling, minor dull
headaches and a "strained" feeling in my kidneys when I pee. This is
annoying, since it's in a lot of the stuff I like.

This isn't true of tofu, but it is true of soy powder and especially
soy isolate. If I eat a little bit in a protein bar, it's not a
problem, but it can be a problem if I eat a plate of low-carb pasta,
or a homemade low-carb muffin, cookie, etc. made with the stuff.

Thoughts? Anyone else share this reaction?
