Breakfast
Robin Michelle wrote:
I have trouble trying to find a low-fat breakfast. I've heard it's best to eat Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a queen, and Dinner like a prince, but I don't have very many options for breakfast. I like breakfast foods, but they all seem fatty, pancakes with syrup, eggs with sausage, or else bland, cereal, grits, oatmeal.. Does anyone have any suggestions? Make an omlet with sauted vegetables. Remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day because if you aren't home by then you are in big trouble. Dick |
