Default Diet & Exercise

I do not have much of a problem with dieting and am down
32 lbs in the last three months. Why it's easy is because
I am disabled and once I get downstairs to the computer,
there is no junk food I like and getting back up the stairs
is work.

But all the exercise I can do are the rehab exercises and
I do not push them because I am trying to cut down on pain
killers. There's nothing like opiate induced constipation.

Anyone have a reference for exercises that can be done in
a wheelchair.

Dick
