Default water weight - my story

Everyone's body is different, but I wanted to express, or provide my
quick weight loss success. It is very difficult to loose weight and
my body is always going up and down...but I noticed, years ago,
probably about 5 -6 years, that when I lost water weight - I retain a
lot of water, I would be able to loose weight a lot easier. If I
retained water and didn't loose it, I wouldn't loose any weight, no
matter how hard I tried, even walking 2 miles every other day didn't
even work. The over-the counter diuretics did not work. After 2 of
4
of my pregnancies, I used a supplement that really took away water
retention (my mother-in-law gave to me among a few other wonderful
items) - even during that time of the month, -better than the over
the
counter PMS medicines, the water weight was comming off immediately
and noticiably and I noticed that I was able to loose weight (I gain
a
lot of weight when I'm pregnant) both times I lost in excess of 70
pounds very quickly. I do not believe that it was a coincidence. I
was taking the supplement for leg and vein support (vericos vein
issues) and noticed that it really worked quickly to release water.
So if you retain a lot of water (If you have medical issues, you may
want to discuss with your doctor first), I would suggest trying a leg
and vein supplement. I do sell this on my website - called Leg Vein
Formula - and it really does work to release water, I believe better
than any that I've tried (I'm assuming that the ingredients are
formulated differently???)- but I would think that you can find this
type of supplement at vitamin stores if you want to comparison shop.
I'm happy with my weight - unfortunately I believe, no matter what, I
will always be going up and down 2-5 pounds, but it does work for me,
I hope you can benefit by it too! And by the way, my sister who has
been struggling to loose weight in forever, has been loosing slowly -
she's very heavy, within the last two months, has lost over 50 pounds
and she uses this (my supplement) supplement. She has always been
working out, but for some reason, it is working...I haven't discussed
with her, but I believe it's because of loosing water weight. I'm
not
sure if this is true, maybe you can research for yourself, but I feel
that you have to loose a certain amount of water weight (if you
retain
it) before you can actually loose fat...

You have *no* idea why you lost this weight, much less any reasonable basis
to propose any sort of medication or supplement to others. When you get a
few moments out of your busy spam-schedule, look up the word "anecdotal".
While you're at it, look up the words "lose" and "loose".

This group, and the others you've spammed, are support groups for people
going through a difficult phase of their lives -- not a venue for sales.

If everyone new why they gained weight then this group would probably
not exist. I certainly believe that I have very good input when it
comes to weight loss, skin care due to the fact that I have struggled
thru loosing a significant amount of weight and dealt with acne
issues- many times, and I am always analyzing my situation and have
found that loosing water weight - in my situation - really helped me
to loose weight. When I retain water, I have a really difficult time
loosing weight. So, if i recommend something, it is something that I
use or have used and it is has/had worked-s for me or I wouldn't
recommend it - everyone has the right to comparison shop, but not many
have the time to find their problem solvers...so, offering something
that has worked-s for me, is just a basis for their own research. I
use this product. My mother-in-law uses another brand...

I have 4 kids, would I take information from a pediatrician that never
had babies before, or another mother....I would take it from both, I
believe, experience, in any situation matters.

So if someone is interested in my input, I hope they benefit by it
like I have, and if it doesn't pertain to them, I'm assuming they
wouldn't waste their time to read it.
My intentions are very sincere or I wouldn't get so long winded.

Gaining weight is not rocket science. 99.99999% of the people who gain
weight know WHY. Input is greater than output. Yes, it REALLY is that
simple. People gain weight not because they don't know WHY but because they
EAT MORE THAN THEIR BODIES BURN.

I certainly believe that I have very good input when it
comes to weight loss, skin care due to the fact that I have struggled
thru loosing a significant amount of weight and dealt with acne
issues-

It's LOSE. You don't LOOSE weight.

Retaining water has NOTHING to do with gaining/losing bodyfat. And let's
face it - we aren't here to lose water. We're here to lose fat. Just
because you are retaining water doesn't mean you won't be able to lose
bodyfat.

My intentions are very sincere or I wouldn't get so long winded.

Yeah, sure. Most salesmen I know are also very longwinded, and *VERY*
sincere...

Cheri, its very nice that you took some sort of supplement and also that you
lost weight. Good for you. I guess there are two things that bother me about
your post.

First and foremost, this is a support group. The fact is that all the
sincere regulars here have two things in common -- everyone has or has had
the need to *lose* weight, and that we are here for one another as we make
the trek. That makes this group an excellent target for weight loss product
sales in the eyes of anyone and just about everyone that has something to
sell weight-loss wise. So what bothers me, #1, is that you look at this
group and see an opportunity to sell your weight loss product.

Second, you have absolutely nothing to stand on in terms of offering a
legitimate product. You do not know the first thing about testing products
of any kind, much less medications and suppliments. Just because you
happened to be taking a pill and dieting at the same time means absolutely
nothing. If you lost fat, you lost it from eating less food, not from the
pill.

Yes, I'm a parent, and when my kids ("our kids") were babies, we got a
****load of advice. The doctors advice was almost always great. The advice
we got from other parents was mixed. It was up to us, as parents, to decide
whether the advice was good, worthless, or potentially harmful.

Your weight *loss* advice, honey, is worthless and potentially harmful. You
are selling snake oil. You are just the same as any other person selling
worthless diet pills out on the Internet. You have absolutely no proof that
your idea works. All you can say is that when you took the pill, you lost
weight. The word for that is "coincidence".

Congratulations on your weight loss. Should you get fat again and want
somebody to talk to, we're here. Otherwise, please stick your pills where
the sun don't shine, or find another group of suckers, 'cause we don't want
them here.
