Default Food & Exercise -- 7/23/2007

Well, after a weekend with no exercise -- due to the wine competitoin
-- I'm back to my normal routine. Went to the gym this morning, then
to the grocery store, then home. In the afternoon I went to the pool.

Food:

* 6:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & chopped dates
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy breakfast bar
* 1:00 (home): turkey burger on 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 4:30 (pool cafe): 1 cup fresh fruit pieces
* 7:00 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, a little goat cheese, ~3 oz.
roasted chicken breast; 2 glasses wine

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: machine-assisted pull-ups; wide cable lat pulldowns;
seated cable chest press; seated cable fly; cable rows standing in a
squat; standing military press; standing barbell curls; close grip
bench press; overhead DB triceps extension on decline bench
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class
* 3:45 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 14 lengths -- total 1050 meters
